摘要
目的 :在探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)与Ⅲ型胶原 (Ⅲ col)、纤维粘连蛋白 (FN)在牙髓发育成熟中的作用。方法 :采用SP免疫组化法和图像分析技术对牙根发育不同阶段的牙髓组织中bFGF、Ⅲ col、FN进行定性、定量检测。结果 :bFGF随着牙根发育完成在牙髓中的阳性表达呈逐渐减弱 ;Ⅲ col和FN以线网状形式分布于整个牙髓中 ,牙根刚开始发育时染色最强 ,根尖闭合时染色最弱。且随着牙根的发育 ,牙髓中bFGF与Ⅲ col、FN间存在正相关性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :在牙根发育过程中 。
Objective: To detect the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF), type Ⅲ collagen(Ⅲ-col)and fibronectin(FN) in human dental pulp at different root development stages of permanent teeth. Methods: 10 teeth at stage Ri~R 1/4 ,15 at R 1/3 ~R 3/ 4 and 12 at Rc~Ac were sectioned for following examination.bFGF, Ⅲ-col and F N were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by the use of immunohistologica l SP method and image analysis technique. Results: The ex pression of bFGF became gradually weaker and weaker with the development of too th root (P<0.01); Ⅲ-col and FN were distributed in linear reticulation in whole dental pulp, and their expression was strongly positive at the early sta ge of root development and weakly when apical closed (P<0.01).The expressi on of bFGF was closely correlated with that of Ⅲ-col or FN(P<0.01). Conclusion: The extracellular matrix in dental pulp might be regulated by bFGF during root development.
