摘要
目的 :探讨SARS对人体造成的多脏器损伤 ,进一步加深我们对SARS的认识。方法 :对我院今年 4月收治的 11例SARS患者进行回顾性研究、分析。结果 :11例SARS患者出现呼吸系统损伤 ;8例出现血液系统损伤 ;6例出现肝脏损伤 ;3例出现内分泌系统损伤 ;3例出现泌尿系统损伤。结论 :SARS病毒不同于一般的呼吸道病毒 ,主要引起肺部损伤 ,多较严重 ,同时伴有其他多脏器损伤 ,但多较轻微 。
Objective:Discuss the multiple organ injury that the SARS bring about to patients,and recognize the SARS further Methods:Review the eleven SARS inpatients of our hospital in April this year.Results:All of the eleven patients had respiration system injury; eight patients had blood system injury;six patients had liver injury;three patients had incretion system injury ;three patients had urinary system injury. Conclusion:The SARS virus is different from ordinary respirationvirus,it can cause serious lung injury mostly.At the same time,it can cause multiple organ injury,but this injury is often gentle and reversible.
