摘要
本文通过大量实例介绍了振动测量和机械状态监测在机械故障诊断方面的应用,并证明振动是机械状态的指示。文中还强调了以机械状态监测为基础的预防维护是减少造成重大经济损失的意外事故和停车的有效手段。文中还推荐了判断水泥机械状态的ISO标准中的振动值。
This paper delails, with practical examples, the application of vibration measurement and machine condition moritoring to defect the machine trouble and proves that vibration is a machine-health indicator. It also strerses that the preventive mainfenance, based on the behavior of the machine is an effective measure to reduce the unexpected failure and down-time, and accordingly the overhead cost. Furthemore, the paper recommende the vibration values adopted in ISO standard for judging cement machinery conditions.
