摘要
导致水泥厂设备温升的原因,一是设备长期接受工艺过程产生的高温辐射,一是机械零件在运动过程中相互摩擦所致。本文应用生产实例,对烧成系统的主要设备及运动部件产生温升的过程和结果作了详尽的测定、分析和论证,井提出了预防和处理的措施,阐明了对设备进行温度监测的重要性。
The equipment temperature rises in cement plant are mainly caused by high temperature heat radiation and heat generation by friction during operation. This paper in- troduces, by taking practical examples, the measuring of temperature rise of equipment in clincker burning system and provides some recommendations of precaution and remedies of machinery faults resulted from over heat of equipment.
