摘要
首次提出了关节联轴器的概念 ,并介绍了这种新结构型式的叠片联轴器。这种叠片联轴器采用关节轴承 ,从结构上对以往的叠片联轴器进行创新 ,使两轴线之间的角向补偿能力由 1.5°提高到 4°~ 6° ,这样就能实现大角度的补偿 ,由此开辟了叠片联轴器设计的新领域。为了更深入地研究这一新型联轴器 ,本文先从转矩方面对它进行分析 ,列举三种不同规格的叠片尺寸 ,得出转矩变化对膜片应力的影响及其相应的转矩范围。其结果对此型联轴器的设计具有重要的参考价值。
We for the first time present the concept of Joint Flexible Laminated Membrane Coupling(JFLMC),and introduces the laminated membrane coupling with this kind of new structure. Joint bearing is used in this laminated membrane coupling,so that the angular compensatory capacity between the two axies rises from 1.5° to 4° ~6°.Thus the big angular compensation is realized and a new field for the designing of the laminated membrane coupling is opened. The paper mainly discusses the influence of the torque change on membrane stress,and the result is important to the designing of this new coupling.
