摘要
目的 :建立高效液相色谱法测定西洛他唑分散片的含量。方法 :采用DOS柱 ,以腈 水 (40∶6 0 )为流动相 2 5 7nm波长处检测。结果 :西洛他唑浓度在 8～ 72 μg·ml-1范围内有良好的线性关系 (r=0 .9999,平均回收率为 99.8%。结论 :本法快速 ,准确。
Objective: To determine the content of compound cilostazol disperse tablets by HPLC. Method: ODS column was used, acetonitrile-water(40∶60) were served as mobile phase, it was detected at wavelength 257 nm with UV-detector. Result: Cilostazol concentration presented a good linear correlation within a range of 8-72 μg/ml, the average recovery was 99.8%. Conclusion: This method is rapid and accurate.
