摘要
目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定西洛他唑胶囊剂的含量。方法选用XTerra RP18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇—水(0.68∶0.32)为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为257nm,柱温为30℃。结果西洛他唑的浓度在19.92～99.60μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=5),平均回收率为100.60%(n=6),相对标准偏差为0.65%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于西洛他唑胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography （RP-HPLC） method for determining the content of Cilostazol Capsules. Methods The XterraRP18 column （250nm×4. 6nm,5μm） was used. The mobile phase was consist of methanol-water （0. 68∶0. 32,v/v） at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 257nm,The column temperature was 30℃ . Results The linear range of cilostazol content was 19. 92 ～ 99. 60μg/ml （r=0. 9999,n=5） . The average recovery rate was 100. 60% and RSD was 0. 65% （n=6） . Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive,accurate and can be used for the determination of cilostazol capsules.
