摘要
目的 :建立复方醋酸氯己定洗剂的含量测定方法。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,μBondapak C18柱 (5 μm ,2 5 0mm×3.9mm) ;流动相为乙腈 甲醇 水 (2 1∶37∶4 2 ) ,每 10 0 0ml内含磷酸 5ml,三氟乙酸 1ml,三乙胺调 pH3.9~ 4 .0 ;流速为 1ml·min-1;检测波长为 2 30nm。结果 :醋酸氯己定和克霉唑分别在 10~ 12 5 μg·ml-1和 2~ 2 5 μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好 ;平均回收率分别为 95 .6 %及 96 .5 % (RSD 1.2 % ,1.5 % )。结论 :本法色谱分离效率高 ,专属性好 ,同时测定两种成份 ,方法简便。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of chlorhexidine acetate and clotrimazole in compound chlorhexidine acetate lotions.Method: A C 18 column(5 μm,25 cm× 3.9 mm)was used by HPLC; Mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-methanol-water(21∶37∶42) and phosphoric acid 5 ml, trifluoroacetic acid 1 ml in every 1000 milliliter,pH was adjusted to 3.9- 4.0 with triethylamine,flow rate: 11 ml·min -1;wave length:230 nm. Result: The linear ranges of chlorhexidine acetate and clotrimazole were at 10~125 μg·ml -1 and 2~25 μg·ml -1 respectively, the both showed good linear correlation; The average recovery was 95.6% and 96.5% (RSD 1.2%, 1.5%).Conclusion: This method has good efficiency in separation and satisfactory specificity, it can also determine the two components in the same time, it is simple.
