丹参同源四倍体的诱导、鉴定及有效成分的含量测定 被引量:34

摘要 为了提高丹参药材的品质和产量,进行了组织培养多倍体育种技术的研究。把秋水仙素添加到MS培养基上成功地诱导获得了丹参四倍体株系,并进行了多倍体田间农艺性状观察比较和根部产量的测定,进行了多倍体根部药材主要有效化学成分的HPLC测定。结果表明:选出的10个多倍体品系中均表现出典型的多倍体性状,根部药材质量均有较大幅度提高,10个品系中有4个品系的有效化学成分丹参酮含量高于对照品种,丹参酮和丹参素的含量呈明显相关性。 In order to improve the yield and quality of Danshen, a research project of polyploidy breeding by tissue culture was done. The results indicated that it was an effective way to add colchicines in MS medium in tissue culture for inducing polyploid. Polyploidy lines were selected according to agronomic characteristics and roots yields in fields experimental plots. The dried roots of polyploid lines were used for the determination of effective chemical components by HPLC to evaluate the quality of crude drug. The results showed that all of the polyploid lines of Danshen revealed typical characters of polyploid plant. The root yields (crude drug) of polyploid lines increased greatly comparing with CK. The content of effective compounds-Danshinone in four lines were higher than that in CK. The content of tanshi-none was closely related to the content of danshensu in all tested materials.
