摘要
针对制备富铬酵母所需培养基的需要,采用湿热-酸法处理含铬废革料,使之发生适度的降解。首先在水蒸汽的作用下使含铬废革料发生初步降解,再进行酸法二次降解。实验结果表明,含铬废革料经湿热-酸法降解处理后所得降解液的铬质量浓度基本稳定,能够满足利用含铬废革料制备富铬酵母的需要。
A twostep method, namely hydrothermalacid method, was applied in the degradation of chromiumcontaining leather waste, in which water vapor and hydrochloric acid were used, respectively. The results showed that the hydrothermalacid method could meet the need of preparation of chromiumenriched brewer's yeast from chromiumcontaining leather waste.
