摘要
在弱碱性条件下,从含铬革屑中提取胶原水解物。用灰色关联法分析各因素对产物得率和色泽的影响程度和主次关系,发现产物得率与温度具有很好的关联性,而水解剂用量和反应时间与产品色泽的关联度最大,酶用量对得率和质量的关联度相对较小。各因素对得率的影响次序为:温度〉液比〉时间〉水解剂用量〉酶用量;对产品色泽的影响次序为:时间=水解剂用量〉温度一液比〉酶用量。最佳工艺参数为:温度62℃,时间6h左右,液比为8。12,水解剂用量8%~10%,蛋白酶用量0~0.1%。
Collagen hydrolysate was extracted from chrome shavings at weak basic condition, and gray relational analysis was used for analyzing the impact of all the factors that involved on final product colour and yield. The result shows that temperature has commendable relevance to corresponding yield, and reaction time and dosage of hydrolytic agent that used also have great in- fluence on product quality. However, the effect of enzyme dosage is the least among all factors studied. The order for the effect of process parameters on product yield is: temperature 〉 liquid ratio 〉 reaction time 〉 hydrolytic agent dosage 〉 enzyme dosage, and in terms of effect on product colour is : reaction time = hydrolytic agent dosage 〉 temperature ≈ liquid ratio 〉 enzyme dos- age. The optimum process operating condition is as follow: temperature 62℃, liquid ratio 8 - 12, time 6h, hydrolytic agent dos- age 8% -10% , enzyme dosage 0 -0.1%.
