摘要
怎样在大学生社区介入思想政治工作 ,构建良好的高校学生社区心理文化环境 ,培养全面发展的社会主义现代化建设合格人才 ,是当前高校思想政治工作面临的新课题。探索这一课题 ,主要是弄清楚三个问题 :一是新时期高校学生社区心理文化建设的特点和思政工作介入的重要意义 ;三是思政工作介入的原则和方向性把握 ;三是思政工作介入的具体方式和方法。
With the deepening of college education reform, the background and its reliable organizing basis of idelogical and political work in college has remarkably changed, especially new demands and challenges have been put forward in students' communities since the socialization of logistics. To suit this trend, how to intervene the ideological and political work in college students' communities, to establish an excellent psychological and cultural environment in college students' communities and to forster all-round developing eligible talents for socialist modernization constructions, is a new problem being faced by the ideological and political work of current colleges.
