摘要
大学生心理健康教育是一个涉及多方领域和要素的系统工程,多因素协调发展方能取得较好的效果。本研究以江西某高校90后5000余名新生为研究对象,使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和卡特尔16种人格因素测验(16PF)测试新生心理健康状况并分析原因,在此基础上结合心理场理论,从校园文化环境、社区环境、寝室环境、朋辈环境等方面探讨心理健康教育场的构建。
The mental health education of college students is one of the elements involved in various fields and systems engineering,and to achieve coordinated development,combining more factors is more effective.This paper analyzes the reasons based on the research result of more than 5000 freshmen testing by SCL-90 and 16 PF,and explores the psychological field,taking the measures such as cultural,community,dormitory,peer environment improvement as research factors.
