摘要
毛细管电泳具有简单、快速、样品用量少和分离效率高等特点,日益引起分离科学界的极大关注.文章简要介绍该方法的分离模式、进样技术和检测技术以及在中药分析中的应用,并展望其在中药材和中成药质量分析的应用前景.
Capillary electrophoresis (CE) is becoming increasingly recognized as an important analytical separation technique for its simpleness, speed, efficency, ultra-small sample volume and minimal consumption of solvent. In this paper, the separation modes, the techniques of injection and detection of CE, and its application in the analysis of traditional Chinese medicines are discussed.
