摘要
为探讨维生素E(VE)对体外氧化低密度脂蛋白 (ox LDL)所致血管内皮细胞 (VEC)氧化损伤的保护作用。利用体外培养人脐静脉血管内皮细胞 ,建立了氧化损伤模型。将细胞分为 5组 :对照组、ox LDL组、VE L +ox LDL组 ,VE M +ox LDL组和VE H +ox LDL组。各剂量组首先在含有不同浓度的VE培养液中孵育 ,2 4小时后加入ox LDL进行氧化损伤 ,继续培养 2 4小时后收集细胞 ,进行有关指标测定。结果显示 ,ox LDL组MDA含量高于对照组和各VE组 (P <0 0 5) ;ox LDL组SOD活性低于对照组和各VE组 (P <0 0 5) ;ox LDL组、VE L +ox LDL组GSH Px活性低于其它各组 (P <0 0 5)。提示维生素E对ox
To study the protective effect of vitamin E on vascula r endothelial cells (VEC) damaged by oxidized low-density lipoprotein(ox-LDL). To establish the oxidative injury model of VEC induced by ox-LDL in vit ro.The cells were divided into five groups(control group,ox-LDL group and VE- L+ox-LDL,VE-M+ ox-LDL,VE-H+ox-LDL group).The cells were protected wit h varying concentrations of vitamin E solution for 24 hours before exposed to ox -LDL.After another 24 hours,the cells were collected and relative indexes were determined.The results showed that the level of MDA in ox-LDL group was higher than that in the other four groups( P <0 05).The activities of SOD in ox-LDL group were lower than that in control group and three VE treated groups( P <0 05).The activities of GSH-Px in ox-LDL group and VE-L+ox-LDL group were lo wer than that in other groups( P <0 05).Vitamin E can prevent vascular endoth elial cells from oxidized low-density lipoprotein induced oxidative injury.
