摘要
在分析钢铁材料变形机制的基础上,导出了一个新的描述材料流动应力的本构方程。用55SiMnVB钢在变形温度为900—1250℃、应变速度为1—100s^(-1)、真应变为0.08—0.8的条件下实测的流动应力数据,进行非线性回归,得到了实用的流动应力预报模型。该模型清晰地反映了热变形物理过程。
Based on the analyses of hot-deformation mechanism of the steel, anew constitutive equation describing the flow-stress of steels was derived. The flow-stress data of steel 55SiMnVB has been determined at 900—1200℃ and strain rateof 1--100s^(-1), true-strain of 0.08--0.8. An available evaluated formula on the flow-stress has been obtained by means of non-linear regression. It can express clearly thephysical process of hot-deformation.
