摘要
本文系统地研究了等温处理55SiMnVB钢中马贝复相组织的磨损特性,并对其贝氏体的耐磨性作了分析。结果表明,在不同磨粒磨损条件下,马贝复相组织的磨损率具有相同的变化趋势。含50%下贝氏体的马贝复相组织具有最低的磨损率。其原因是由于55SiMnVB钢中下贝氏体具有3个特征:下贝氏体铁素体条平行排列的方向性;下贝氏体铁素体条的多级分叉和铁素体条内亚基元晶界强化。
This paper conducts a systematic study of the abrasive wear characteristics of the M/B duplex structure in isothermal quenching 55SiMnVB steel, and analyses the wear resistance of lower balrdte. The experimental results show that the rate of wear has the same varying tendency under different wear conditions. 50%BT+M duplex structure has the lowest wear rate. The three reasons are explained.
