摘要
中小企业在我国市场经济发展中有着不同替代的重要地位。然而,融资难已成为我国众多中小企业发展的瓶颈。如何打破融资瓶颈,不仅关系到中小企业的健康发展,也直接影响到整个国民经济的持续稳定增长。产生于上个世纪50年代初发达国家的融资租赁模式,对我国中小企业打破融资瓶颈有着现实的借鉴意义。
Medium and Small Enterprises have an irreplaceable important place in the development of Chinese market economy. However, financial difficulty has become a bottleneck of many medium and small enterprises in the development. How to break financial bottleneck not only concerns the healthy development of medium and small enterprises, but also affects entire national economy' continuous and steady increase. Financial lease model emerged in early 1950s in the developed countries has a practical use for reference to medium and small enterprises in our countries in breaking financial bottleneck.
