摘要
本文以中小企业融资难为切入点,在描述融资租赁基本特征、分析融资租赁特定功能的基础上,指出强化融资租赁功能是解决中小企业资金难问题的必然选择和有效途径,并提出强化融资租赁功能的对策思路。
Regarding the difficulty in financing of small and medium-sized enterprises as the breakthrough point, the paper points out that strengthening financing lease function is the inevitable choice and effective way to solve the problem of financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, on the basis of describing the essential feature of financing lease and analyzing the specific function of financing lease. Finally the author puts forward countermeasures about strengthening the financing lease function.
