加工过程对农产品中农药残留的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目前,随着消费水平的提高,人们越来越关心食品的安全问题.在日常生活中,我们所消费的食品都是经过一系列的家庭制备或企业加工或储存后才进行消费的,很多调查和实验研究[1,2]表明,大多数农药残留可以经过家庭制备(如水洗、削皮、煮、蒸等)除掉.
