摘要
“双师型”教师是高职教育师资队伍建设的目标和方向 ,但在实践中还存在着很多困难和问题 .在调研的基础上 ,从认识、管理、环境等 3个方面对“双师型”教师队伍建设存在的困难和问题进行了探讨和分析 。
Being 'double professionally titled' is one of the things we advocate in the buildup of the teachers contingent in higher vocational education.In practice,there are not a few problems in the way.On the basis of investigation and study,this paper ascertains those problems from the aspects of cognition,administration and social environment,expecting to provide reference for the buildup of the teachers contingent in higher vocational education.
