摘要
提出了冲程损失与动液面深度的关系 ,及油管锚设计的 5项基本要求。分析了目前现场使用的 5种油管锚的结构原理、特点及存在的问题。指出油管锚 (油管张力锚除外 )不仅可以控制管柱的伸缩 ,而且可以改善管柱的受力状况 ,延长油管的使用寿命。建议推广使用带有泄压装置的液压单向卡瓦油管锚。
In this article the author discussed that the main factor of stroke loss is dynamitic fluid depth in the annular , and also mentioned five basic demands for designing the tubing anchors .The principle ,characteristics and shortages of tubing anchors that present used were analyzed . The author pointed out that tubing anchor can not only control the tubing flex , but also improves force status , prolong the using life of tubing strings .Advices extend to that the hydraulic tubing anchors might be wide used which could leak out the oil inner the tubing after anchor releasing .
