摘要
油层压裂是重要的增产措施;压裂管柱在管内外压力、轴向力、弯矩、扭矩、温度等因素的作用下,有时会引起屈服、断脱破坏或发生永久性的螺旋屈曲,造成较大的经济损失;对压裂管柱进行系统的力学分析有十分重要的意义.首先介绍了压裂作业的分类、操作过程和涉及的管柱力学问题;其次,建立了压裂的不同过程中管柱温度分布的数学模型;接着,介绍了管柱内和环空压力的计算方法;建立了下入过程的管柱力学分析的数学模型;针对不同类型的封隔器,分别建立了坐封过程管柱力学分析的数学模型;针对不同的压裂方法,分别建立了注入过程中管柱力学分析的数学模型,并考虑了伸缩短节的作用;建立了解封和起出过程中管柱力学分析的数学模型;给出了强度校核方法.用差分法进行求解后,编制了计算软件,在长庆油田和西北油田分公司得到了成功的应用.
Oil-gas reservoir fracturing is an important well stimulation. Tubing string may yield, break and buckle perpetually under actions of internal pressure, external pressure, axis tension, torque, and temperature, et al, in well fracturing operation, resulting severe economic loss. Thus, comprehensive mechanical analysis of tubing string is important for fracturing operation. Introduced types and operation procedures of formation fracturing as well as tubular mechanics in them first. Secondly, established mathematical models of tubing temperature in different procedures of well fracturing operation. Next, introduced the fluid pressure calculations in tubing and annulus. The mathematical model for mechanical analysis of tubing string in tripping was established. Mathematical models for mechanical analysis of tubing string in setting were established for different packers. Mathematical models for mechanical analysis of tubing string in injection were established for different well fracturing types, and slip joint being included. Mathematical models for mechanical analysis of tubing string in unsetting and tripping out were established. Strength checking method of tubing sting was provided. After these models be solved using difference method, a soft ware of mechanical analysis of tubing string in fracturing operation was composed, and this soft ware had been successfully used in Changqing oilfield and North-West Branch of SINOPEC.
