摘要
分析了激振力不通过质心时直线筛的工作原理 ,提出了变直线振动筛的概念 ,利用该原理不需任何外加几何约束[1] 就可实现筛面复杂的变直线运动 ;对筛面运动参数进行了仿真分析。结论认为 ,适当地调整激振力和质心及筛面与质心的相对位置 ,可以设计出处理能力比普通直线筛更大的变直线振动筛。文章的结论可用于指导设计新型变直线振动筛和普通直线筛的改造。
Working principle of linear shaker is analyzed when exciting force doesn't act through the center of shaker box,and the concept of variable linear shaker is put forward.It is possible to achieve complex variable linear track of screen without any constrains^() and motion parameter of screen surface is simulated. Conclusions are the following by properly adjusting the relative position between exciting force and mass center of shaker box, and screen surface and mass center of shaker box, it is able to design new linear shaker with greater treating ability than currently linear shaker can be designed. These conclusions can be used to design new linear shaker and rebuild currently linear shaker.
