摘要
从筛面结构参数、物料性质、振动筛振动特性参数、振动电机选择等4个方面分析了影响筛分效率的因素,提出了提高筛分效率和处理量的措施,对改善筛分性能具有较好的指导作用。
The factors of affecting the efficiency of screening from the screening surface design parameter were analysed, the material nature, the shaker vibration characteristic parameter, and the vibration electrical machinery choice. It proposed a improvement method about the enhancement screening efficiency and the process load measure. It had the good instruction function to improve the screening performance.
