摘要
目的 :总结 2 3例脑积水患者经肝圆韧带侧脑室 门静脉分流术治疗的体会 ,以寻找一个更加有效的手术方法提高脑积水的治疗效果 .方法 :采用经肝圆韧带侧脑室 门静脉分流术对 2 3例脑积水患者施行手术 .结果 :2 3例患者手术均顺利 ,效果满意 .根据脑积水疗效评价标准[1 ] :3分 2 1例(91 .3% ) ,2分 1例 ,(4 .35 % ) ,1分 1例 (4 .35 % ) .术后 ,2例(8.7% )切口感染 ;1例 (4 .35 % )因脑室端分流管阻塞而行二次手术 .结论 :经肝圆韧带侧脑室
AIM: In order to find a new effective operation for the hydrocephalus by summarizing the experiences of twenty three cases with hydrocephalus treated with the ventriculo hepatopurtal shunt via the round ligament of liver. METHODS: Twenty three cases were treated with the ventriculo hepatopurtal shunt via the round ligament of liver and followed up for 1.2 ～ 6.7 years after operation. RESULTS: According to the hydrocephalus therapeutic criteria the treatment results of the twenty three cases were evaluated as: twenty one cases scored three points, one case two points and one case one point. After operation two cases (8.7%) were infected with bacteria in cuts and one case (4.35%) underwent the second operation owing to the obstruction in the tube's ventricular terminal. CONCLUSION: The ventriculo hepatopurtal shunt via the round ligament of liver is an affective and novel therapeutic method for hydrocephalus.
