摘要
研究了 18Cr2 Ni4 WA钢在不同工艺下渗碳时渗碳层中碳的分布规律 ,建立了渗碳层深度和表面碳浓度分布的数学模型 ,为渗碳工艺参数的优化设计、渗碳层深度和表层碳浓度分布的精确控制提供了理论依据。
The carbon distribution in the carburized layer of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel was studied.The mathematical model of the depth of a carburized layer and the carbon distribution was built.The results have given a theoretical basis on the favorable design of processing parameter in carburizing,the accurate control of the depth and the carbon distribution in carburized layer.
