摘要
介绍了基于IPC-PLC结构的多台井式渗碳炉计算机监控系统,详细叙述了该系统的硬件配置(下位机选用SIMATIC S7315-2DP可编程控制器、上位机配用研华工控机)及其功能的软件实现。运行结果表明,该系统保证了工件渗碳过程的工艺质量,降低了能耗,且运行稳定可靠。
It introduces multi-pit-type carburizing furnaces of monitoring and control system based on IPC-PLC and presents it's hardware configuration- the lower-computer adopts SIMATIC S7 315-2DP and the upper-computer adopts Yanhua Industrial-PC respectively- as well as it's function software achievement in detail. The results of operation prove that this system has not only ensured the technical quality of the carburizing process but also reduced energy consumption and works steadily.
