Optimal cultivation and growth kinetics of photosynthetic bacteria

摘要 对光合细菌(PSB)培养的最适温度、光照、pH、溶解氧等条件进行了较系统的研究.通过正交试验,得出PSB生长的最适条件为光照度3000lx、微好氧、30℃、pH7.0.在此基础上,建立了PSB在模拟味精废水条件下以乙酸钠为底物的生长动力学模型,其参数为:饱和常数Ks=0.20-0.24g·L-1,最大比生长速率μmax=0.038-0.044h-1,试验表明该模型能够较好地描述PSB的生长情况. This paper gives a detail study on the optimal growth conditions of temperature, illumination, pH and dissolved oxygen for photosynthetic bacteria. With the orthogonal experiment, the optimal culture conditions for the growth of photosynthetic bacteria were determined: illumination intensity 3000 lx, faintly aerobic, 30 ℃, pH 7.0. Under the optimal cultivation and the simulated monosodium-glutmate wastewater conditions, a kinetics model on the growth of photosynthetic bacteria in the substrate of CH_3COONa was set up. The parameters in the model are as follows: the saturation constant K_s 0.20-0.24 g·L^(-1) and the maximum specific growth rate μ_(max) 0.038-0.044 h^(-1). The experiment results showed that this model could describe the growth data of PSB very well.
