摘要
目的 :研究构菌Flammulinavelutipes发酵菌丝体的化学成分。 方法 :硅胶柱色谱分离纯化 ,波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果 :分离得到 2个环二肽类化合物、3个氨基酸及 2个核苷类化合物 ,经理化及波谱数据分析鉴定为 :环 脯氨酸 亮氨酸 [cyclo (R pro R leu) ] (1) ,环 异亮氨酸 亮氨酸 [cyclo (R isoleu R leu) ] (2 ) ,苯丙氨酸(phenylalanine) (3 ) ,丙氨酸 (alanine) (4) ,亮氨酸 (leucine) (5) ,鸟嘌呤核苷 (guanosine ) (6) ,腺嘌呤核苷 (adenosine )(7)。结论 :前
Objective: To study the chemical const it uents from the mycelia of Flammulina velutipes. Method: The compounds were isolated with silica gel column chromatography and their st ructures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis (IR, EL-MS,FAB-MS, 1H-NMR, 13 C-NMR). Result: Seven compou nds were identified as cyclo-(R-pro-R-leu) (1), cyclo-(R-isole u-R-leu) (2), phenylalanine (3), alanine (4), leucine (5), guanosine (6), adenosine (7), Conclusion: The compounds 1~6 were isolate d from the mycelia of Flammulina velutipes for the fnst tme.
