摘要
目的 :对烈香杜鹃中的黄酮类成分进行系统研究。方法 :sephadexLH -2 0 ,聚酰胺及硅胶色谱柱分离理化性质 ,光谱数据鉴定结构。结果 :鉴定 8个黄酮单体 ;槲皮素 (Ⅰ )、异鼠李素 (Ⅱ )、金丝桃苷 (Ⅲ )、仙人掌苷(Ⅳ )、陆地棉苷 (Ⅴ )、山柰素 3 β D 半乳吡喃糖苷 (Ⅵ )、杨梅皮素 3 β D 吡喃木糖苷 (Ⅶ )和 6″ O (对羟基苯甲酰基 )金丝桃苷Ⅷ。结论 :化合物Ⅱ ,Ⅲ ,Ⅳ ,Ⅴ和Ⅵ系首次从该植物中分离得到 ;
Objective: To investigate the flavonoid co ns tituents of the Rhododendron anthopogonoides systematically. Meth od: The chemical components were isolated by sephadex LH-20, polyamid e and silica gel column chromatography. The chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physic-chemical properties and spectral data. Result : Eight compounds were isolated and identified as: Quercetin(Ⅰ), iso rhamnetin (Ⅱ), hyperoside(Ⅲ),cacticin(Ⅳ), hirsutine(Ⅴ), kaemferol-3-β- D-galactoside(Ⅵ) myricetin-3-β-D-Xyloside(Ⅶ), (6″-O-(4-H ydroxybenzoyl) hyperoside(Ⅷ). Conclusion: CompoundsⅡ,Ⅳ, Ⅴ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ, and Ⅷ were obtained from this plant for the first time. Compounds Ⅶ ,and Ⅷ were separated from the Ericaceae plant for the first time.
