摘要
采用氧化镁和蛋白酶两步法处理铬鞣废革屑 ,得到水解蛋白质 ,然后用酚类物质对它进行改性。研究了各种因素 ,如酚类物质对水解蛋白质改性时的用量、反应液pH值、温度、反应时间等 ,通过测定反应液的吸光度和浊度 ,优选并确定了用酚类物质对水解蛋白质进行改性的条件。
Chrome shavings was digested with an alkali in the first step and with a protease in the second step,and the hydrolysate protein obtained in the last step was modified by phenolic compounds. Some parameters for chemical modification of hydrolysate protein by phenolic compounds,such as the amount of phenolic compounds,pH value,the reacting temperature and time were studied.The conditions of modification were determined by a series of experiments.
