酚类物质改善铝盐固定的研究

摘要 本文根据1952年 Windns 提出的 Mannig 反应,探讨了酚类物质改善铝盐固定的机理,研究了水杨酸、苯酚、间苯二酚、氯化铝及硫酸铝在剪绒羊皮直毛固定中使用的可能性,并以甲醛、水杨酸、氯化铝联用制出了光亮松散耐水洗的剪绒羊皮,降低了操作现场空气中的甲醛含量。 This paper has a research on the mechanism of developing Aluminium salt fixed by phenols material according to the Mannig Reaction reported by Windus in 1952.We have verified the possibility of using spiraeic acid,hydroxide,m- phenylene-hydroxy,Aluminium trichloride and Aluminium sulfate in fixing of making the hair in the wool-clipped fur straight.We also have produced bright, spongy and water-proof wool-clipped fur with formaldehyde,spiraeic acid and Aluminium trichloride together.This process reduces the percentage of formalde- hyde in the air of the operation circumstances.
