摘要
按生产要素分配,实质上是社会主义市场经济发展的必然要求,在我国有可行性,现实指导意义重大,其积极作用十分明显。当然,我们也要正视并合理把握好其固有影响。
To distribute by factors of production is essential for the development of socialist market economy. It is also feasible and significant in our country and its positive effect is obvious. Nevertheless, we shouldn't ignore its intrinsic influence.
