摘要
企业竞争力首先依赖于企业家的数量和质量。企业家资源的严重短缺是我国面临的一个严重问题,造成这一问题的重要原因之一是我国没有良好的企业家激励机制。本文首先指出企业家激励研究的必要性,其次讨论了MBO对企业家的激励机理,最后以我国上市公司为例,就管理层收购存在的问题做了分析。
A company's competitiveness mainly depends on the quantity and qualit y of entrepreneurs. Serious lack of entrepreneur resources is a severe problem i n our country, which is mainly caused by the fact that there is no good motivati on mechanism for entrepreneurs. First, this paper points out the necessity of re search on entrepreneur motivation. Second, it discusses how MBO motivates entrep reneurs. Finally, taking our Chinese public listed companies as examples, the pa per analyses problems of MBO practices in China.
