摘要
由绿色和平组织公布的一份企业污染物公开状况的调查引起人们对跨国公司环境信息公开问题的关注。更值得关注的是跨国公司在海外和其母国实行了有别于在华的"双重标准"。本文试从全球战略、东道国企业社会责任水平、东道国法律制度缺失等三个方面分析了跨国公司实行异于其母国的所谓"双重标准"的原因,并寻求促使跨国公司公开其重要环境信息的途径。
A report about disclosure conditions of corporate pollutants,released by the Greenpeace orgnization,caused public awareness of transnational corporate environmental information issues.It deserves more attention that unlike in China,the multinational corporations carry out the 'double standard' in their home country and overseas.This paper discusses three causes to explain :global strategy,the host country's level of corporate social responsibility,the lack of host country legal systems.Though these analysises,we hope to promote the transnational corporates to disclose their environmental information.
