摘要
目的 探讨仙人掌提取物对狗的降血压作用。方法 进行麻醉狗急性降压实验,观察仙人掌提取物低、中、高剂量(0.25ml、0.5ml、0.75ml)对狗的降血压作用;以及静脉注射盐酸肾上腺(Adr)和去甲肾上腺素(NA)对仙人掌提取物降血压作用的影响。结果 仙人掌提取物对狗的血压有降低作用,给药前后血压平均值比较差异有高度显著性。t=7.014,P<0.01;Adr可以廷缓仙人掌提取物的降血压作用时间,用和不用Adr,血压开始下降时间均值比较差异有高度显著性,t=24.496,P<0.001;仙人掌提取物可抵抗NA升血压作用。结论 仙人掌提取物具有降血压作用。
Objective To evaluate the function of opuntia dillenii haw extract on reducing blood pressure in experimental dogs. Methods An acute blood pressure descent experiment had been undertaken on anesthetized dogs to observe the function of decreasing blood pressure of opuntia dillenii haw extract with different dosges (0.25ml, 0. 5ml, 0.75ml). The effects of intravenous injection of adrenaline hydrochloride (Adr) and noradrenaline (Na) on the opuntia dillenii haw extract' s reduction blood pressure were also investigated. Results The opuntia dillenii haw extract is effective in decreasing the dogs' blood pressure. In comparison of the mean value of the dogs' blood pressure before and after given opuntia dillenii haw extract, the differences were significantly different, t = 7.014, P < 0.01. Adr could prolong the decreasing blood pressure time of the opuntia dillenii extract. With or no Adr, the mean value of the dog's blood pressure begining descent time were statistically significant different, t = 24.496, P <0. 01; opuntia dillenii haw extract could resist Na on elevating the blood pressure. Conclusion Opuntia dillenii haw extract can be effective in reducing blood pressure.
