摘要
用反相高效液相色谱法，选用Ｃ１８柱，以甲醇－水－冰醋酸（４０∶５８∶２）为流动相，水杨酸为内标物，于２４８ｎｍ处检测。测定血压平片中芦丁含量，芦丁和水杨酸均得到基线分离。芦丁的线性范围为０．０２～０．１２ｍｇ／ｍｌ（ｒ＝０．９９９４），平均回收率为９８．５％，ＲＳＤ为１．０９％。
The content of Rutin in Xueyaping Tablets was determined by HPLC.The chromatographic column of C 18 was used,a mixture of methanol,water and glacial acetic acid (40∶58∶2) was used as mobile phase,and salicylic acid was used as internal standard.The detecting wavelengh was 248nm.The results showed that the range linear was 0.02～0.12mg/ml (r=0.9994).The average recovery rate was 98.5%with the RSD of 1.09%.
