摘要
目的观察氟碳液体全氟三丁胺对兔眼组织(主要是视网膜)的影响。方法全氟三丁胺分别注入兔眼前房、玻璃体腔内,术后行裂隙灯、眼底镜检查及组织病理学检查。结果全氟三丁胺注入兔眼前房,玻璃体腔后早期引起极轻微炎症反应。2wk左右全氟三丁胺出现分散乳化。组织病理学检查:术后4wk,前房组,下方与氟碳液体接触的角膜内皮细胞水肿,六角形边界不清;玻璃体组,视网膜表面出现吞噬细胞(泡沫细胞),下方与氟碳液体接触的视网膜外丛状层变窄,光感受细胞外节破坏,色素上皮细胞层内亦有泡沫细胞形成。结论全氟三丁胺不适宜作长期玻璃体替代。
Purpose To observe intraocular tolerance to perfluorotributylamine in rabbit eyes. Methods
Perfluorotributylamine was injected into anterior chamber and vitreous cavity of rabbit eyes respectively. After surgery slit lamp and ophthalmoscope examination and histopathologic examination were performed. Results Clinical examination of eyes with perfluorotributylamine revealed a minimal inflammatory reaction in anterior chamber and vitreous cavity during the early postoperative period. 2 weeks after surgery , perfluorotributylamine gradually dispersed into smaller droplets. 4 weeks after surgery , histopathologic examination showed endothehal cells edema in the inferior cornea in contact with perfluorotributylamine. In vitreous cavity, preretinal accumulation of macrophages occurred, destroyed photoreceptor outer segments and narrowing of outer plexiform layer were observed in the inferior retina in contact with perfluorotributylamine.Conclusion Perfluorotributylamine is not suitable for long-term vitreous substitute
