摘要
本文认为,公共卫生支出不仅是政府干预卫生服务市场失灵的手段,而且还通过改善人们的健康状况等多种途径作用于经济增长和社会公平。与此同时,加强公共卫生支出还可缓解经济增长过程中收入分配不公平所带来的健康不平等。
The effects of public health expenditure on economic development were underestimated in the past researches. This paper suggests that public health expenditure is not only a governmental interference means in health services market, but also acts on economic development and social equity by many ways, such as by improving health status and so on. This paper also introduces an opinion that public health expenditure increase can bring down the extent of health inequity caused by the unfair income distribution.
