摘要
团队的"智力角色"是团队成功所必需的互补的知识和技能结构。本文通过企业访谈和问卷调查,发现有15种智力角色是一个成功的技术创新团队不可缺少的,各种智力角色在企业技术创新决策过程中发挥不同的作用。其中,领路人、领导人、技术专家、促进者和点子大王是在技术创新团队中起决定性作用的五种关键智力角色。团队智力角色缺乏和团队成员与其扮演的智力角色不匹配是导致企业技术创新决策失败的重要原因。
Intellectual roles of the team are the mutual knowledge and ability needed by the success. Talking and questionnaire investigation are used in this paper to find that a successful team must have 15 intellectual roles, and each role has different function in the technology innovation deciding process. The director, leader, technology expert, advancer and idea giver are five key intellectual roles that act key function in the technology innovation team. There are two causes to lead to the failure of the technology innovation deciding, one is the absence of intellectual roles, the other is the unmatching of members and intellectual roles.
