摘要
企业技术创新失败是由于团队知识角色缺失,通过企业访谈和问卷调查,在分析企业技术创新团队必需的知识结构的基础上,进一步探讨了各知识角色在技术创新过程中发挥的作用。
Less of team knowledge roles leads to the failure of technology innovation. In this paper, we discovered some companies, and analyzed the knowledge structure needed by the technology innovation team. Then we discussed the role of knowledge roles on technology innovation process.
