摘要
从草原建设与利用的辩证关系入手,对内蒙古草原的基本情况和退化原因进行了总结分析;从深化改革、转变方式、草场改良、牲畜饮水、基础建设、人工种草、法制管理等7个方面探讨了草原建设与利用的途径。
The basic condition of grassland is summarized and the reason for grassland degeneration is analyzed.It is discussed that the way of grassland constructing and utilization from 7 aspects which include deepening reform,turning production pattern,improving grassland,improving domestic animal's water supply,basic construction,cultivation of forages,legal institution and management.
