摘要
针对呼伦贝尔草原退化及生态恶化问题 ,提出了草原建设与生态畜牧业发展措施。通过实施“乳肉草”发展战略 ,开展草原建设 ,转变生产经营方式 ,确保生态畜牧业持续、稳定。
Because of grassland in Hulunbeir deteriorating and ecology getting worse, the author points out the measures to construct grassland and develop ecological animal husbandry.It is to carry out the strategy of ”Milk-Meat-Grass”,to carry on construction of grssland and change the way of production and management in order to guarantee the development of ecological animal husbandry continuously, firmly and healthily.
