摘要
碱性介质中的荧光素在碳质印刷电极表面的弱电化学发光信号可被金霉素所增敏,据此首次建立了一种新的测定金霉素的高选择性电化学发光新方法。在实验所建立的最佳条件下,该方法测定金霉素的线性范围为1.0×10-6-3.0×10-4g/ml,检出限为7×10-7g/ml,相对标准偏差为2.4%(n=11;C=1×10-5g/ml)。该方法还被成功地应用于片剂金霉素样品的分析。
In this paper,it was found that the weak ECL signal,generated from electrooxidation fluorescein on the surface of the carbon - printed electrode, was greatly enhanced by the chlortetracycline. Based on this observation, a selective ECL method for the chlortetracycline was developed in this paper. Under the optimum experimental conditions developed,the detection limit of chlortetracycline was 7×10-7g/ml,and the linear range for deletion chlortetracycline was 1. 0×10-6-9. 0×10-5g/ml with the relative standard deviation of 2. 4%[c = 1×105g/ml,n =11].
