摘要
回顾国际竞技健美操40多年来艰辛发展历史,进一步指出竞技健美操的发展趋势:以国际竞技健美操规则为导向,限制动作的难度与数量,突出艺术性、观赏性、个性化;注重创新,追求完美,以质取胜,将是21世纪国际健美操发展的主流。
By the method of documentation and expert-interviewing, this paper reviewed world Competitive Calisthenics development with the history of more than 40 years, further pointing out the trend of international Competitive Calisthenics, under the guide of the rule of international competitive calisthenics .limiting the difficulty and quantity of the movement, emphasizing virtuosity, appreciation, personality; chasing flawless performance, win by the quality, it is the mainstream trend to the international calisthenics in the 21 century.
