摘要
随着休闲体育运动的发展,户外运动逐渐风靡世界,成为体育界的新宠。贵州省因为独特的地理条件,成为山地户外运动的优先选择。文章较为系统地梳理了贵州省山地户外运动的发展历程,从中总结出其发展现状和找出其发展中存在的问题,并从实际出发提出建议和对策。
