摘要
目的 通过对医疗服务系统现状的思考 ,探讨如何进行医学教育改革才能适应当今社会发展的需要。方法 以“非典”为切入点 ,揭示我国尤其是我省医疗服务系统的现状 ,由此提出有关医学教育改革方面的几点建议。结果 提出医学教育改革的几个方向 :多层次教育体系并存 ;综合素质的培养 ;拓宽专业、改革教学内容 ;加强公共卫生人才的培养 ;改变教育形式和方法 ,增强创新意识的培养。结论 深化医学教育制度改革是我国医疗卫生事业的迫切要求。
Objective Thinking of the current situation of medical service systems, the author probes into how to carry on the reform of medical education in order to meet the needs of today's social development. Methods 'SARS' used as a cutting point,the current situation of medical service systems in our country, especially in Henan province was revealed, therefore some suggestions about medical education were put forward. Results Several respects of the reform of medical education were summed up: the multi-level education systems coexistence; the cultivation of synthesized quality; widening specialities and reforming the contents of courses; Strengthening the cultivation of the talent of public health;changing educational form and method , strengthening the cultivation of innovative consciousness. Conclusions It is the urgent requirement of health care cause of our country to deepen the reform of the systems in medical education.
