摘要
提高医务工作者的素养,改善医德医风,是避免医疗纠纷的重要因素。文章就如何认识医学教育中人文素质教育的重要性,以及怎样加强医学生人文教育作了探讨。
The medical dissension is inevitable in the medical work. One important point of avoiding the dissension caused by iatrogenic factors is to improve the accomplishment and occupational morality and working style of medical staff. The priority of improving the accomplishment of medical staff in a long term is to recognize fully the importance of humanity quality education in medical education, meanwhile, to exploit the access of humanity quality education for the medical students.
