摘要
对PTCR(正温度系数热敏电阻)的电压效应进行了深入研究。由PTCR零功率伏安特性测量原理,提出了一种兼顾电源和脉冲电压、电流测量的新方法———交流半波脉冲串行A/D法。通过组态配置程控电源、串行A/D和相应的硬件接口电路,基于单控制总线的编译码系统,构成PTCR参数测试虚拟仪器,并成功应用于PTCR零功率伏安特性测量。PTCR电压效应是一种晶界势垒效应,PTCR材料在电压效应下呈现负阻。研究PTCR的零功率伏安特性,对PTCR材料的研究和发展有着显著的意义。
Based on zero power consumption V-I characteristics measuring theories,a new method to measure with power and pulse-AC half sine wave pulse is proposed. By configuring switching- power?serial A/D and hardware interface,the virtual instrument for measuring of PTCR parameters is constructed,and it succeed to work in measuring the zero power consumption V-I characteristics of PTCR.Based on related theories,the voltage effects are crastalloid force effects, cannot satisfy the ohm′s law. So, giving research on voltage effects has profound meanings.
